Unfortunately that will not electrocute the fish, as the salt water in your tank has a higher conductive capacity than the fish. Electrofishing only works up to a conductivity of ~800mS; whereas natural seawater has a conductivity of ~3.27 S (units are microsiemens and siemens or 1S = 1,000,000 mS).
