I read it is capable of up to 225 but I know that is rarely accurate. I need a hang on the back skimmer as I have no sump. Thoughts?

I have no idea what kind of fish you have, but at first glance your tank seems pretty heavily stocked. That being said - if you do not already own the red sea skimmer, get a bigger/better one. If you have it on hand, it will probably work fine for you.
