Aquarist Courses Online - What would you take?

We are working on gathering instructors to start up the 2010 year! We have had a good level of interest in courses and believe we can pull off a few for this year.

So... what would you take? Please feel free to offer additional suggestions in this thread or comment on potential courses or even potential instructors for those courses. You can vote for up to 3!

We are also taking suggestions on potential short courses - more intense courses that last only a weekend or a day!

Another good course (I think) would be a coral husbandry class. How to best care for your corals from the start...the best ways to place them in the tank, the best foods, fragging, etc.
