I have 4 stage RODI. Water going in is 87 TDS, water coming out .2 Even after changing all cartridge. How do I get back to 0. Does the membrane on top of the unit need to be changed. Thanks.

Yes they need to be changed.
Need to check what tds is going in and out. Should be a 97-99% TDS rejection or check membrane expected rejection.
If needed, change it out. Remember once you swap it out will take a few good gallons to get rejection rate goood enough to limit TDS.
Since DI reduces fairly rapidly, i usually run without DI for first few gallons after new membrane goes through a few gallons.
