Weird thing on tank wall

Hi Guys, I just a few months in the hobby and have a long way to learn... my question today is: what has weird white branchy lines appeared on the back wall and heaters. I tried to research it online, but no luck... Might be somebody seen it? Not the best pictures but it is tiny...

Do you have a clean up crew? Could be snail eggs

I thought about it, but it is so weird... on both heaters and little on back wall

looks like there's a feather worm head sticking out of the end. If so, it's calcified worm casings. They could be reproducing asexually.
