Damselfish ID please

Was 6 bucks in the mixed damsel tank, what genus or species? Trying to get a sense of how big it will grow. The tail behind the black stripe is pure white, the front ahead of the stripe is a dirty white, more natural color.

That looks like a Black Bar Chromis and they don't grow more than 2."

ah, thanks buddy, I picked up 2, one died, mystery solved, since chromis don't like each other. I was looking all over the place under damsels.

Chromis can be kept in groups if they’re the same species, damsels need to be kept singly. Never had luck with keeping more then one damsel in a tank needing to always end up separating them way too territorial
