flakes or pellets? brands

Hi

Just curious what do you guys give your little fishes?

Such as clowns or damsels, gobys?

Also what brand is recommended, as there are so many.

both. i feed new life spectrum. dont forget frozen.

I use both flakes and frozen. Formula 1, 2, Prime Reef and Brine Shrimp Plus from Ocean Nutrition.

Is there a problem with feeding only frozen ? I dont use any dried foods except seaweed for my Kole Tang.

I use the frozen (mysis shrimp, Premium Reef, Saltwater Multi-pack) along with seaweed formy tangs and spirulina flakes. Variety is the spice of life.

i use omega one for my dry stuff. i feed frozen as well usually alternate feeding with frozen and dry

I use exactly the same and I feed mine with nori sheets and homemade frozen.
