What is wrong with my clown fish?

3 days ago I noticed that my clownfished looked discolored so was keeping an eye on it second day I gave her a fresh water bath for 2 and half minutes . Nothing came off of her but discoloring is worse today I woke up and found her belly up but still going so touched her and she flipped back over watched her for 10 minutes and seemed fine but I am worried . Last night I did water change to half the water in tank. Could that have effected her with added stress. Can't figure out what is wrong with her just don't want her to die

Okay so white stuff is floating in the jar that I just did for another freshwater dip but longer and she is having a harder time breathing what can I do to help get rid of what ever she has that I can get now
