It could be some sort of sponge or red planaria. Sponges are good planaria not so much. If you hit it with a turkey baster and they fly all over they’re planaria. I’d suck as many out as you can. Then get a wrasse.

Do for a water change tomorrow so I'll blast it with a turkey baster and see. I do have a lunar wrasse in there but don't see him pickin at it
