Should I be worried about these snails?

I am not getting 100% PE out of my euphyllia. I get PE all day from my SPS but not full extension from my torches and sometimes my hammers.

Attached a quick video of a small snail that I see on my torches. Probably one or two on each.

I would scrape them off.

The hard little guys underneath are spirorbid worms. I see something black like a two snails on the bottom of the sand. Hard to see a full shot of it. If that's what your talking about

I have them too. And although their pretty overabundant and kinda unsightly, I don't think they impact PE at all, at least not on my hammers, frogspawn, softies and lps.

Sorry hard to see. It's a few mm under the flesh of the head on the right.

those look like 2 dwarf cerith on the ground. pretty reef safe, I can't seem to make out anything on the corals though.

I fully support you! I also do not like uninvited guests in my aquarium, it will be a pity if so much work is wasted.

They can get out of control and end up all over the place. Its best to keep them under control and remove them if you can.
