Tanks with stickers

Hello everyone,

I was wondering the following: I see more and more people turning their tanks into a sportscar: stickers all around (especially from that orange and silver brand I do use), sometimes even engravings on the stand to show the brand of the sump.

So I am wondering: when sportsmen do that, they get money for it. Am I missing out on that action? Are these tanks sponsored? Do people get free stuff from the companies they are advertising?

Or is it just that people have terrible taste and advertise for free the products they paid full price for?

Woops, I might have revealed my opinion in that last sentence.

On a side note, if Remy Martin wants to send me a bottle of Louis XIII, I promise that after drinking it, I will put it inside my tank, with the Paul B treatment.

Ha, I felt this way when I started putting them on. Didnt go too crazy but I got a signed copy of Mr Chili from Randy and Ryan @BRS. I like it and think it's a fun addition to the tank. I like BRS and often on their FB page. However, I stopped using FB for a few months so barely on there now.

**Reminded me that I really dont like coral frenzy so it doesnt get to be on my tank setup.

It is not too bad! I am worried when I see people putting backlight on their acrylic laser-cut branded parts haha.

My problem is mostly that people tend to forget that the important part is the DT. At least in my mind. Maybe this is a trend though: just a sump and a stand, no DT

It's as cheesy as it gets,I once new a guy who completely covered a brand new $2,000 TREK racing bike with random stickers,made me physicaly sick,lol.
