Hi all, longtime member, but not a frequent poster here so sorry if this is listed in the wrong place.

I have a 6-years-running, 180 gallon mixed reef tank I need to relocate.
(Long story short: it's in my office and I'm changing jobs. I have 1 month to get it out , and I can't fit it in my home)

This is a tank I designed from the ground up to be highly automated, with minimal maintenance and minimal footprint.
(Apex, ATO, auto-feeding routines, multiple redundancies, automated 2-part dosing, alerts, etc. etc... with nearly everything fitting in the stand)
It has been a highly stable and reliable setup that survived (and actually thrived) over a year of the pandemic with only ~1x / month maintenance aside from weekly filter sock changes / skimmer cup empty.

I would LOVE to find a new home for this tank and its many inhabitants, but have no idea if that's possible or how to find someone interested.
Do I just list the whole thing for sale?

Otherwise, would it be best to list out all my livestock and equipment and break it all down?
Appreciate any advice! This is a lot more stressful than changing jobs...

Some pics below (sorry not best quality, just snapped with iPhone)

first you would sell all the live stock, then go about selling the equipment piece by piece or if you're lucky someone takes it all in 1 shot.

with that said do you have a price in mind for your live stock ?

thanks
Thanks for the advice.

My strong preference is to find someone who would like the entire setup.
2nd best is someone who wants ALL of the livestock. I do not intend to part it out.

I prepared a livestock list for those potentially interested:

I've been in you your shoes before. It could take months to sell the live stock at those prices. The corals might be worth $ but not the fish.

Like mentioned, I'd sell it all or split up the live stock and the equipment. It takes some talent to move a whole live setup like that.

Thanks for all the advice - I've decided to try to sell the livestock first and then manage the equipment later as I can take my time with that part.

Would like to sell it all to one buyer, so if anyone is interested please let me know!
I will also post to the for-sale thread. I can transport to location if needed.

Livestock list here (this is not my selling price but including retail prices just for reference):
