Should I be worried? Silicone seams

I noticed sand getting between the silicone seams on my tank while emptying and moving it. I believe it started from using the algae scraper, but not sure if it will worsen. Is this something I should be worried about? I’m not sure if the glass panel portion is still good and if it’s just the excess cosmetic silicone that got a bit loose.

I wouldn't be worried at this point bbut I'd keep an eye on it. If it continues to get worse and you see algae working into the joint between the two pieces of glass start thinking about replacing it

I would just clean it while no water is in it, then put a new bead of silicone

It should be repaired. I started seeing this type of things (minus the sand, but the thinning of the silicon), and was always postponing doing something about it, till it busted. Luckily I was home.
