Half of the name I don’t even know .

Start with the items you know and include how long each has been in service.
Then add to the list the items you don't know for sure stating their function, a brief description if possible and again, how long it's been in service.

I generally view the site on my phone and scrolling through the pictures doesn't really give me the information.
