Scammers strike this site marketplace again

Just another PSA reminder, there are scammers posing as other members and stealing money in the marketplace here.

A suggestion I have is to please stop putting phone numbers in the threads and only put them in DMs.

I have a for sale thread up and someone replied with their cell number and apparently had a $20 deposit stolen from him by someone pretending to be me.

I used to get alot of texts from "members". Images almost always come from Google.

Someone try to buy everything I had and shipped to California. He didn’t want to say what his screen name was. A lot of scammers out these days especially after the pandemic. Stay safe everyone
