Issue with Inkbird temperature controller. Need Help!

Hi all,

Bought an Inkbird but when I plug my heater into it it won’t work. Heater just turns off completely even though it should be running based on my settings.

Ive attached a photo of my settings in the app. Is my unit just broken or have I done something wrong here? nothing is making any sense.

That could mean that the Inkbird probe is reading an aquarium temperature of 78 or above.

I monitor the internal temperature of my devices very often, because lately I have had so many devices and appliances suffer certain problems that were solely related to overheating. It is very common for these sensors to have technical faults. Try replacing it with a new one.
