I've had a falco hawkfish for a year now it's my absolute favourite. But sometimes she flicks same at me when I'm watching the tank. Is this a sign of aggression?

The Falco Hawkfish is such an interesting choice for a reef tank! Is the Falco aggressive to any other tank mates? Sounds like a display- could be aggression or sexual. Or it may just be responding to you being there and not knowing what to make of you. I’ve learned them at marine fish are much smarter than they get credit for!

These are known jerks, will steal food, eat ornamental shrimp and chase/kill anthias and chromis
