RODI making a large humming noise!!

Help guys

Just installed my RODI with Permeate pump last night and it is making a lot of noise. Its really like a loud humming caused by virbations. Something doesnt seem right

1) I only got about a gallon of water before no more water came out
2) On my storage tank, i had the switch fiipped to ne in line with the exit/feed hole as opposed to a 90 degree angle.
3) when i open my needle valve it sounds like niagara falls going through my unit. Can

Nevermind, i think i figured out the problem, my flush valve was turned on full open this whole. Dont know why that caused it to vibrate, but once i closed it, the thing quieted down with the except of the burst of pumping from my permeate pump

dont worry that vibration seems to happen to everyone. i think its refilling the water.
BTW, your going have to flush more than a gallon to work. Atleast 20-25 gallons. good luck
