Da Most Purple, Lightweight Live Rock Source

wassup?? what type (fiji,bali,other?) pacific live rock (uncured) is coming in fresh, deep purple encrusted rock these days and from who can it be ordered in bulk (tranship ok) at near wholesale price? (not linterested in local resellers)

i want already really purple rock if that's not impossible these days on uncured rock.

Try Tampa Bay Saltwater...I used to buy from him when I lived there the rock is unreal and it's only 5 bucks a pound plus shipping...Has a LOT of life in it too. The guy you want to talk to is Richard

they are NOT lightweight... compared to say, Pukani

ron yeah i did hear lotsa people recommend TBS anyway despite heavy pieces.

i'm thinking more along da lines of a walt smith' er.. but theres so many types and fluctuations in time on what they look like, in waves, it seems.

That's true, they are on the heavy side but when I think about it around here when I go for live rock and see it for 10 bucks a pound It looks like base rock I used to buy for under $2 a pound...and that was at my LFS...lol bout you are right, I wasn't thinking about the heft...

i dont know wHat's a good reSeller of live pukani, but i once got from OceanPro they soLd me faKe pukani, and I got my first batch fRom Ronen. he has nice stock, try asking him... i think it's like $400+ per 88lb box
