Dane, when u finally transfer the 2 percs remove the sally and leave it in the quarantine temporarily. best way to get it is to remove the rocks and pull it out. Thats all i can think of by the size of ur tank.

i've heard of putting some food in a glass jar then the sally can't climb back out because the glass isn't porous enough. I wonder if that'd work

Ripping the tank apart or a baited trap like described above is the only way.

woohoo! Just caught the sally. A complete fluke i must say. It was grazing on a piece of live rock near the top of the tank and I ripped it out before it had a chance to scuttle away! It's now in my QT and I have to figure out what to do with it!!!

Nice catch by the way, ive only had to get a purple lobster out, I tore thetank apart, thankfully it was a 24.
