Hey Guys,

I found this ad on craigslist this morning and just wondering if anyone has ever done any business with this person/company, etc. I actually sent an email and below is the response I got back. It sounds to be straight foward.

Help me understand this better.

Fish are priced at whole sale prices with a $100 minimum order and you can give him a list of what you want, but you dont get to select what you get. ???

Is that the story?

The emails where going okay, but now I have doubts because he is not giving prices and is saying that he will meet up with me somewhere once the fish have been ordered, here and qted, so there is no selection to pick from or a place for me to pick up the fish. Now it's questionable...

Things were off to a few good emails and this guy might be an honest guy trying to make a living, which I totally understand, but now doubt has taken over. Not being able to see what I am buying, even though I can order it from him and just meeting someone I totally don't know in the street somewhere might not be a good idea. I don't mind spending good money for a nice fish, however I do like to see what I am buying. I already had problems buying fish that have died and taking someones word that it has been in QT. Once you hand over your money to a total stranger, there is no garantee and you are pretty much on your own. This might not be a good idea...
