i used it today, picked it up yesterday. Within 2 mins of me adding the food all my LPS opened up wanting food, and like really opening up. Thought they would turn inside out lol. If i add some mysis juice and cyclo to get my acans to open it takes 10 mins and they are half open so big difference. Fish loved it, went crazy although they had some problems witht he prawn pieces, but i have alot of wrasses so the smaller the better. I haven't seen a reaction like that with any of the other frozen mixes either home made or bought.

I haven;t heard one bad thing about this food besides it beeing on the expensive side, but if i was to buy all the parts separately from 3 different sources it would run in 1-2$ less than what its sold for for the same portion. Think that $ makes up for the fact that u don;t have to go through all the preparation in making it yourself and shipping/gas costs to get it all.

i been using it for the a few months now and the fish love it, it has a mixture that satisfies all your fish and the very small pieces easily get caught by my sps corals. the downside is it is expensive but 1 food to satisfy everything in my tank in 1 feeding makes it worth it.
