phosban reactor question...

i want to order a two little fishies phosban reactor and i just need some recommendations...
what site do you guys prefer to order from?
which media is the best?
i have quite a few little pumps but i dont know the brands one just says 550 on it ,another 2 says powerhead 330,and another says nothing and its smaller than the others? wondering if i should buy one from the site or just give it a try with what i have?i can take pics of the pumps if you guys want to see
tubing-i can get at the hardware store

marinedepot.com wants $57.17 for the reactor and phosban media including shipping
does that sound about right or do you guys know a better site

check with house of fish they use to carry them, and those pumps are probably aqua clears or hagens

Talk to the MR vendors first. They will probobly be able to give you the best info.

The unit comes with a ball valve to adjust the flow, so your pump can be a little stronger than recommended. I use a maxi jet 400 or 600 on them. I also use Rowa Phos media. Seems to be the best.

what is gfo? one of the venders offered me the reactor and phosban media for 49.00.... i know 57 seems too much where would you go for it

u could get gfo in www.bulkreefsupply.com to bad you didn't catch the groupbuy we had there these pass few weeks. but go to the wtb section first so you have different people contacting you about it thats how i got mind & 57.00 is to much
