shrinking anemone

does anyone know why my RBTA shrivels up over night every once in a while, and then after the lights come on it is back to normal?

my anemone shrinks too do you have crab's or maybe even a cleaner shrimp or two it's one of those i think because at night when my lights go out i come out to look for the crabs that i have and i often caught my shrimp stalking the anemone.

i have cleaner shrimp, emerald crabs, and sally light foot crabs, but i have never seen them around the rbta, but maybe i should check it out at night thanks

When an anemone shrinks it's a way of it regulating itself and expelling waste. It's normal. But I for one was scared that it was dying when it first happened.
