Tank drilling in Bergen, Rockland or Westchester

I'm looking for someone in Bergen, Rockland or lower Westchester that could drill a 40 gallon tank for me. I need one 1-inch bulkhead installed. I've tried all of the glass places by me and no one will touch it!
