Feeder shrimp?

they're kinda expensive from DrF.S. I used this place for live brine shrimp.

The shrimps look like ghost/glass shrimp, i have'nt seen any locally since spring.

New World gets them, that is the only place in the city I know that will have them. They use them as feeders for livestock that won't eat frozen foods.

You should ask for them, as you can never spot them in the tanks. They are kept in the freshwater tanks.

Sorry, I should say that NWA only carries ghost shrimp, not white shrimp.

i htink the LFS call them ghost shrimp ,,too much loot for them ,,my fish can do with froze ,flakes ,and live plankton,,,,,why spend so much for these guys ,,what make them better then reg live mymis shrimp , for fish ,

Ghost shrimp: freshwater

White shrimp: saltwater

I personally prefer ghost shrimp, they have a much richer flavor and are a little less boney.

the point of the white shrimp is to have a large population that your fish feed on eliminating the need to feed your fish frequently. Right now I have a large enough amphipod poulation to sustain all my smaller fish but my bigger fish can't see them let a alone eat them thats why I want a bigger live food hence white shrimp and http://www.mysidshrimp.com/

You need to have top to cover your tank, these guys are great jumper. You might end up feeding dried shrimp to your fish.
