It's ebay, what did you expect?

ebay is not completely secure and leaves a lot of vulnerability. that guy is rude and a poor businessman, but i would not buy without actual pics. look at the bright side, you got a lot of coral for a low price. check out the waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah thread, it'll make you feel better.

For the candy cane and elegance, theres not much you can do as the sizes are listed. You can argue that you thought it was 5" elegance skeleton but he can just as easily say the polyps. However the gorg ( which you're happy with ) and the frogspawn have photos without any indication that you're not getting exactly that piece ( no frag size or polyp #, etc ) so its a reasonable assumption that you're getting those exact pieces. Based on that, I would call the store, since they advertise as affiliated with that seller. If they cannot resolve it satisfactorily, then file a dispute with paypal, credit card and ebay. Then leave a negative feedback as a last resort.

Always use a credit card to fund Paypal. If you have Amex, that gives you the best protection, but any CC is better than using Paypal Buyers credit or bank funding. Save all correspondance because his unproffessional and insulting emails will be enough to win a credit card dispute. Paypal and eBay are more difficult as they tend to not want to get in the middle of disputes unless its a blatant fraud and even then you have to go through hoops.
