so you are allowed to kill pests???

If you work with the local government, and the local marine sanctuary protection people, you can kill pests. I actually had to call someone in from shore so he could spear the pests for me. I watched and took photos.

Yeah, I moved on to bigger things. And all the maintenance I have to do is help with advocacy for the environment, if not legislation. :splitspin

it was a PhP 400 (about $8) case from one of the sports shops here, it kinda worked. The previous pics I posted were taken with an Olympus uTough-8000. I wasn't satisfied with the case. lol.

The parts where coral cover is sparse is closer to shore, even though at low tide, the water is only waist deep when you go to the "deeper" parts.
