clam won't stay up right

i moved my clam about two weeks ago, and after a day or so it fell on its side. I put it upright and it fell over again. I then moved it back to its original spot it, it fell over again. Ive had it for two years and it has never done this before. any thoughts?

its probably not happy where is at and trying to move. maybe to another tank. lol!
