have water ready when for when you get there with the tank. get a cooler to fit all livestock and fil half way and empty livestock into it. get some buckets and rubbermade tubs to hold live rock and some water. leave sand in tank with about a half inch of water. transport, set up, do rockwork, put some pre mixed water in, place corals in, acclimate fish and add the rest of the water you need to.

best plan. get tubs, break tank down save as much water as possible, move tank and equiptment first, get it set up then start bring water and fish ect, also dont forget that if ya get to big of containers to hold your not going to be able to lift it
