Chemicals burns from brightwell salt

I use IO on my tank`s and all my customer`s tanks and never had a problem.If it ain`t broke don`t try and fix it......

Interesting comment from Chris abput his product. I have not heard of this type of skin reaction from any other salt. But I don't know many that use Brightwells either.

I've normally had problems like low Ca or Alk from a brand.

well im sticking with petco brand over 2 years no problem mixes fast good levels ect and priced right 2....

Yeah, it was not exactly the response I was expecting either. I have read about this problem happening with some other people. It seems to be a low percentage of people who have had a reaction.
Some have had situation like myself, one bucket causes irritation and another bucket doesn?t.
I don?t know what that means to some but to me, it?s a red flag for caution.
It?s a shame, I did like my readings 24 hours after mixing.
