Will,I know a place in Maspeth ,Im pretty sure would have it ...Awisco. Its a welding supply place but they fill ALL types of gases ...

This is where I filled my 10# CO2 tank for around $17. Give them a call first to confirm they fill out Oxygen tanks as well.
