You got it Frank.. and I found the perfect combo for the icecap ballast.. It's the 12k bulb This bulb is brighter and bluer on a icecap ballast than a coralvue that I used to run them on.. Thanks again..

Dosed 6.2mls again today with no movement on the phosphates.. Added poly pad to the return strainer that should budge the phosphates I hope not too much at once though..

Colors have dimmed do to phosphate levels going up after taking the denitrifier off, but I'll take some pictures later on before 11..

tank will get a bacterial bloom and go white, end up with white stringy stuff and can cause coral kill off

Okay thanks Rick Now I know I'm on my way to the first crash,,lol.. After taking some macros I notice the color fading but my phosphates are high.. Hopefully by next week they will come down some before they are all gone..

Here are some shots of corals going down but I feel positive about them coming back.. Even though I change from a 20k to a 12k which I would not reccommend anyone doing, it's like asking for a bunch of dead corals during such a delicate time with the nitrates and phosphates coming in out of no where form very low.. I still feel positive I'll see when I get back from vacation next week..

Okay quick update before I go.. 6.2 ml was too much.. Phosphates dropped overnight 4 points to 0.16.. 6.2 ml is 2 capfuls I will be jumping down to 1 capful while I'm gone and feeding mysis heavily to keep it from dropping too quick again.. When I return I will be aiming for 0.02 in a 7 day period now that I know how much I can drop levels in a day..
Good thing I tested before I left I would have came home to a problem probably..
Alaways good to have a knowledgeable person watching you tank.. My guy asked me how was the levels
