I bought a few grand worth of stuff from them last year in two separate orders (they were running a 10% off special), everything came well packed and quickly. I have stopped use them since, as they didn't deliver a piece part for my BK300 skimmer I needed, after I had called them on three occasions and their assurance they will get it for me. Their CS sucks, it's okay to say "I am sorry I can't get this $3 part for you", but say "yes" when I place a large order but not deliver is bad.
