90 gallon. Plan on becoming a mixed reef.

20 gallon sump/fuge with coralife skimmer, miracle mud/cheato, phosban reactor

aqualight power compact with halides, actinics, and led moon lights.

about 150 lbs of rock and a combination of fiji pink and argonite sand

Looks like ya still need to get nutrients in order and take care of the red slime, like the rock work though

how do I go about doing that? Would the turbos take care of those?

Cyano is a big problem this time of year with so many folks having the AC on and the windows closed up.

You might want to try Red Slime Remover to get the cyano under control. It will overgrow the coral and kill it
Also don't overfeed and stay on top of your water changes.

Thanks Kathy. Gonna take care of the water change and add the remover. Hopefully that works.

Before you go adding red slime remover check to see if the cyano isn't caused by either lighting, flow, or a nutrient problem. It could be cured by a simple change or addition to your flow in the tank. If all else fails use the red slime remover.
