Proper Water Change???

I make 10 gals of new water and put it in my ATO garbage can. Then I drain 10 gals from the Main tank and as I drain the ATO kicks on and fills the sump and the main tank with the new water. Anyone see a problem with this? Just makes WC's so much easier for me.

10g water change on a 90g tank, i would make it 20g and u are doing it right just make sure the temp is the same as the display tank

This week is 10 which I guess is not really much but 20% will be next week.

10g water changes is fine . Its 10 to 20% water change a week you could to more if you want.

I don't see why it would be a problem, I would just rinse your ATO reservoir really well after so that you're not topping off with any residual salt.
