For the clip on fan, Tunze makes a nice unit. Its 1 unit, with 2 fans in it. Its great, because it evenly spreads the air horizontally throughout the top.

I have a T5 and a small fan venting my sump. In a room with AC the tank does get above 80.
Acrylic traps heat more that glass. So your sump can be a factor. If you don't run a sump then you are losing out on a huge heat sink.
