Ive had a bubble anemone about two months now. My totmato clown is inseperable from it. The past two weeks the anemone will sometimes look shriveled but in an hour or two after noticing it appears fine. Last night i notcied it more shriveled than usual. I was thinking it wa the light but figured if it needed more it would move itself up. The clown is alwasy feeding it. i have two 18" bulbs right now and plan on getting a better light in a few weeks. Is this normal or is something wrong?

The contracting and then expanding later is normal. If it doesn't expand to its original size, and appears to be shrinking over time or losing tentacles then I would be worried.

My BTA just died today, so I am no expert.

Rose anemone loves light, mine is at the top of the rock work under 400 watt MH's. But I've seen them healthy in much lower light settings. If he's stressed and the clown is constantly on top of him, it will stress him out even more.
