every year I pay and my user name is never listed? Oh yea how are they going to contain all the slobs this year from taking all the food like last year, Ive seen people with there plates full and other with nothing. Thats not right. Btw I dont go for the food Im just curious how this will pan out.

Your name gets automatically added to the list when you PayPal (it is on there now)

While we have never had anyone have to go hungry, there are some who chose not to eat, and we are painfully aware of the folks who seem to think that lunch is an endless buffet and they can take all of the food they want.

We WILL be keeping a much tighter control on how much food people take at this swap. More than likely it will be - something to the effect of (we will not ONLY have pizza as a choice, this is merely an example)- 1 slice of pizza & a can of soda or water per person. If one feels the need for a second serving - they will need to get back on the line a 2nd time. The vendors will also have to get on line for lunch as our room layout at Pratt is much different than it was at Pace.

We suggest people eat breakfast before they come to the swap.
There is also a cafeteria right next to the where the event is held and if folks are overly hungry they can purchase additional food there or at any of the local restaurants in the area :)

is there an agenda available? Might only be able to pop in a little bit (with my 2yr old mini-me) but wanted to get an idea of what time would work out best. (looks like 10am-noon is most likely).

ok, signed up. Will probably be bringing my little boy with me (dont worry, will feed him before I come, that kid could eat you out of house and home).

Hey. Question. I paid already, and did it with one guest. The guest is BILBO913. He does not have a paypal so when I paid, I did one guest and paid for him. Anyway, can we get the "guest" next to my name changed and just make it my name and no guest, and add BILBO913 on the list so he gets a name tag when we go so people can see it's him...?
