Too much rock?

I was wondering if anyone thinks I have too much rock in my 10 gallon wb and also is the top rock too high

I previously used lots of live rock.

I changed to less and placed lower in tank.

The logic is that with rock high in the tank, with my all-in-one, I would not be able to do large water changes.

I now keep rock lower in tank, so it is easier to do larger water changes.
