Missing Shrimp

One of my skunk shrimps just disappeared from my tank. Has this ever happened to anyone? Could it be hiding because it molted?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

How long has it been missing? If it's more than several days. I would say it's it's probably gone. My shrimp would come right out for dinner if I start feeding. Do you have sump or overflow, they might be there, give it a quick check.
