Its on a zoa frag obviously and it seems to have 5 or 6 polyp like things on it. Good/bad?

Also there is sometimes this redish pink build up on my sand bed but it doesnt look like red slime. any thoughts on what it is or how to get rid of it?

Gonipora on the zoo frag, cyano bacteria on the sand bed..red slime is the same thing but it's not always bright red it can be shades of pink and not necessarily slimey. Try to scrape off what you can also try doing water changes and running some carbon/phosban.

With triggerman on the cyano. Not a bad case of cyano but definitely a low flow spot. Every tank I have seen there is always one spot of cyano somewhere.
On the zoa frag possibly a montipora encrusting coral. Are the polyps coming out of it relatively round.
