so i guess i shouldnt of thorn it in the toilet lmaooo dam ....

Never throw unknown creatures into the toilet, or let them lose in any way. It is possible that what you release could cause problems in local waters.
The caribbean is in trouble with lion fish, and many local fish are being overwhelmed with lionfish and may be wiped out b/c people released lionfish into non-native waters

Not true at all actually. The number 1 rule is better safe than sorry. Big deal a worm could be beneficial to your system..or it could be a nightmare just like crabs.

As far as lion fish people letting them loose has nothing to do with the problem. It's other bodies of water merging that has brought them everywhere. You are thinking more like snakeheads which got released by people causing a similar issue in bodies of fresh water.

You are wrong on both things you mentioned here.
The original poster can remove said worm from his tank, and keep it in a bucket or container until he gets a proper ID, and knows how to properly dispose of it.

And yes, lion fished were released By people (be it mistake, on purpose, or act of god, ie hurricane).
