baby snails??

My UV sterilizer broke today and when I pulled it out here's what I found behind it. It looks like baby snails maybe? Did they hatch out of the bigger white thing on the black back of the tank?

The big one looks like nudi for me...
You are talking about those small dots? If so I do have millions of them in my tank, I have no idea if they are babys but they coming out in the night...

I don't have any nudi's in my tank and haven't added any live rock or coral in a few months. Looks like a bunch of them were eaten overnight since the UV sterilizer isn't giving them a hideout anymore lol
