ID please - Pest or some sort of pod?

I've never really seen flatworms in person, only in photos. I've tried searching quite a bit on the internet and I think I just need to ask for ID help. Any ideas as to what these could be? They seem to generally move slow, but can scoot along fairly quickly at times. They don't always hang around the zoas, they just happened to climb on the white plug last night and were still hanging around there this morning.

Any ideas? Sorry for the not-so-great quality of the photo.

They do look like flat worms.
