Can someone id this guy hes flat has spots and was gliding on top of sandbed has no shell and is it good or bad?

Looks like a Nudibranch to me. If so, why get rid of it in any case?

flatworm , and a big one at that. when you see it again scoop him out and keep an eye out for more. !

I agree with above (duke, I think), Polyclat flatworm. They eat snails and clams/mussels. Very bad. If you have one you several. Near impossible to get rid of because they hide so well and for so long (weeks).

There is a good thread on reefcentral about catching them in a soup container with super thin slits. Google it.

Oh didn't see the type of flatworm you're right rookie... Yeah man get that thing out but once there's one there's always more.. Good luck
