Can someone id this guy hes flat has spots and was gliding on top of sandbed has no shell and is it good or bad?

I agree with above (duke, I think), Polyclat flatworm. They eat snails and clams/mussels. Very bad. If you have one you several. Near impossible to get rid of because they hide so well and for so long (weeks).

There is a good thread on reefcentral about catching them in a soup container with super thin slits. Google it.
