Unknown worm

So I was cleaning my tank I was having an algae issue so I removed about 1/4 inch of sand of the top most part of the sand around the tank anyway when I returned to the tank after preparing water to refill I found this and can't seem to find it anywhere it's since been removed but what th eff is this thing. It was white and flat against the wall. About the space of a half dollar was taken up in its presence
