Congrogadus subducens -commonly known as the 'eel blenny'

That is one mean SOB. I've seen them try to eat fish 2x its size

It's funny...how this Blenny was soooo availible in any LFS durring the 80's and early 90's,...then for some reason almost dissapeared..and now is a "rarity"?

can anyone explain this one to me...I mean they were in EVERY marine fish store in the 80's...
