I have quite a number of these. The color is difficult to discern in the pic...it is gray. Almost 99% sure its a bristle worm...what concerned me today is that one of them appear to be within the skeleton of a button scoly.
Yup, bristle worm. Ubiquitus and beneficial scavengers but as they are part of the bioload and can eventually have very high numbers as they reproduce my thought is if I'm seeing them then they need to be thinned out.
They are harmless to corals but lots of people get stung by them when moving rocks around, and certainly being an ugly worm does not help to make them a beloved animal, but they're fine in your tank (i.e. they don't eat corals or fish).
