Help Me ID This Thing

Hey my first thread....how exciting!!!....need help identifying this thing. I found it right now in my refugium...It moves like its a worm....is it good or bad? do i need to remove? thanks

Is it alive? They usually are not out in the open like that.

yea yea its moving like crazy around in the refugium....it digs itself in the sand then pops out back again....should i remove it?

it's a good scavenger. leave it.
